Test Station
- Example of a test station developed by Synapse Électronique.
Operations performed by this test station:
1. Serial number scan
- Reading and validating the unit’s serial number in the database
- Checking that the unit was properly programmed before proceeding with the tests
2. Functional test
- Verifying the proper operation of the unit (e.g., load test)
3. Visual inspection by integrated camera
- Automatic detection of missing or defective segments on the LCD screen
4. Dielectric test
- Measuring electrical insulation to ensure compliance with safety standards
5. Printing and identification
- Printing a product label for units that are compliant
- Printing a label with the type of error in case of rejection
